[Resolved] DishTV — error code 102. low account balance | |
Vc #: [protected] I had already paid rs. 1500/- and my current balance is around rs. 2200/- in the website. My dish tv account is still in deactivated state. I spoke to customer service after miss call and they refreshed my account and still it is not activated and can't see any channels at all for past 3days. They asked me to refresh and i did many times, still the same issue. Please activate my dishtv account properly and give all the channels for viewing as promised. Or else repay my balance amount i will look for another better dth service. Dishtv you are cheating many customers by taking away our money and not activating our accounts properly from your end and show all the channels as per the agreement.
