[Resolved] DishTV — error code 102 of dish tv

My registered mobile number is [protected] with enough balance till Jan 2018. Since today morning (9/8/17) I am getting this error message...
102. Viewing card (VC) Deactivated.

I had made two complaints on your helpline contacts, but the help was of no help at all. I was just told to wait for 15 minutes, the issue would be resolved.
