[Resolved] DishTV — Failed recharge but money deducted | |
On 7/9/20 I made payment of Rs 160 via dishtv app. No recharge was done, but money was deducted. Received a " "https://www.justrechargeit.com/dishtv/dtran/DTccavResponseHandler_Instant.aspx " error at the very end of a payment. I do have a screenshot of the failed page and money deducted twice on 7/9/20 as i have attached. I had to make a payment at that moment so i did again. It was successful, but i want my ₹160 money back or a free next charge as soon as possible. I am leaving this complain at evey other platform of dishtv. Was this information helpful? | |
