[Resolved] DishTV — forced recharged by dish tv

Dear sir
I dr bhim chandra mondal have a dish tv connection with vc no [protected]. My switch off date was 17.01.18. I have not requested them for extra 3 days rechrage neither by phone nor by sms. Next day i received a message that "seem you have forgotten to recharge. We give you 3 extra days to recharge. Charge for these 3 day extra will be adjusted to your next recharge.
My question is why i have to pay these days although i have not requested them at all?

As per our telephonic conversation on [protected], We informed you that we have waived off your pay later services and auto pay later service has been removed. Also, we have informed you to make a recharge of Rs.100 to activate your connection, and processing fee-related information has also been shared with you.
