[Resolved]  DishTV — fraudulent upgrades by dishtv

Since acquisition by dish tv fraudulent practices are adopted it appears that company dishtv is dishonest to the core.

I received a message that i am upgraded to goldlite of rs225/ - per month instead of rs 200/- plan which i have opted my recharge for rs 300/- was adjusted for rs 225/- per month since than i am taking up the matter of proper adjusting of my recharge account and reverting to my original plan of rs 200/- but the are sitting over it please be very cautious while dealing with dish tv as they are cheats

As i have already said this is a fraud company and can go to any extent to cheat the customers that is why videcon D2H which was working honesty for many years has started CHEATING since ACQUIRED by DISH TV no resolution to my complaint has been done !

Since your acquisition of Videocon D2H various type of malpractices have mushroomed in that organization My registered mobile no is [protected] and I have not been provided credit for 8 days as you have fraudulently upgraded my package despite my specific instructions for not to do so, and I receive calls from Videcon D2h for adding useless channels to my package which if not stopped will be reported to TRAI

I am enclosing two screen shots of charges made by d2h in excess of legally leviable charges as per TRAI Guidelines.

As visible from (screen shot 1attached herewith) I have selected 61 pay channels and 25 mandatory channels totaling to 86 only for which NCF comes to Rs 130 only.

In order to fraudulently and illegally increase their NCF they add 105 free to air channels. (screen shot 2 attached herewith) which are not desired by me, and they provide no option in their software to delete these unwanted channels.
My total charges for this package should be Rs 141+130+48.78 =319.78 but they are charging Rs411.82.
.
THUS THEY ARE CHEATING me for 92.04 per month for forcing the services on me which I do not want.
It is requested that strong action be taken on the D2H for cheating the public
