Hi,

I have been getting non stop calls from dish tv from different bengaluru land lines numbers for vc number [protected] on my registered mobile number with them which is on do not disturb mode. I don't know if that's even legal. Many times u have asked them to stop calling me but they don't. This is mental harassment. I can't even block the numbers coz they call from different numbers everytime.

Request to look into this & arrange to stop frequent calls.

DishTV Customer Care's response Dear Arvind Sharma,

As per our conversation on 70220*****, informed you that you will not receive any promotional calls by our end from today midnight onwards. Also, we have taken your feedback that recharge reminder should not be given before many days of recharge date.
