Coustomer care service in Kerala is very bad.they don't know any thing.i am contacting them for 1 week. i had recharged on 1 February but still today I don't get channel.it is showing 101. customer care department is very irresponsible. I think dishtv is giving bad service at awhile.i am going to change dishtv and try to get any other services.i am totally dissatisfied...you know I am a customer for a long year (about 10 years).very bad customer care.they are not caring.
