[Resolved]  DishTV — inefficient service provided in spite of numerous complaint

Hi team,

My vc number [protected]

In spite of following up with you from past one month my issue is still not resolved.

1. Before merging with d2h my dish tv was functioning well.
2. After merging my dish tv stopped working.
3. When i contacted and also sent a mail to customer care on 18/11/19 i got to know that there should be an alignment has to done to my setup box which is free of cost.
4. Then this process has carried for couple of weeks then i come to know that i have to write a mail to then only my problem will resolved.
5. So i did that also finally one day one technician will come he some thing and say your setup box and adapter has to change for which they have taken 800 rs and told me that next day my tv will function as usual.
6. Next day it start working but on every 20 or 30 min of gap it starts loading mode and it starts form channel number 96. Which i told the dealer (Manikanta music center) he promised that he will send any one today or tomorrow.
7. After couple of week i myself reached dealer place told whole story in return he told me bring your setup box we will see. I did the same.
8. He told everything is fine may be adapter is not working properly so i have changed the adapter now it will work.
9. But still the same issue is coming. Now when yesterday (23/01/20) i raised complaint again then the same dealer call up me and ask if i pay 200 rs then only he will come and check.
10. Today morning (24/01/20) he the dealer called up and said i am cancelling the ticket because you are not paying 200 rs.
Hope to see a positive resolution to continue my services further.
