[Resolved]  DishTV — issue regarding recharge offer

I have recharged my dish tv on dated 23rd aug, 2018 of rs.3, 588/- including gst for one year super family pack. There was of offer of 2months additional benefit for one year recharge. While i checked my account i saw the next date of recharge is showing 21st aug, 2019 instead of 21st oct, 2019.. Following are the details regarding my dish tv:
