[Resolved]  DishTV — issue with frequent restart of hd dth set top box

Hi,

I have been facing an issue with frequent restart of my sth hd set-top box. This happens more than 10 times most day for the past 15 days.
The wierd thing is there are days when this restart does not happen at all, which raises a question of what is the root cause of this issue.

I had reached out to your customer care but they have not been able to provide a resolution to this issue.

I need two help from you:
1) resolve this issue
2) tell me exactly what is the root cause for this issue
