Customer Care Told Me That There Is No Charges For Updating You Setup Box When You Will Recharge With Our 499 Plan. After Recharging, the Next Day Service Executive Updated My Setup Box And Asked Me To Pay 200 Inspite Of Free Upgradation. And When I Refused To Pay 200 He Was Behaving Unethically And Started To Take Away The Upgraded Box. Lastly My Father Paid The Amount Which Was Not Supposed To Be Paid.
