[Resolved]  DishTV — money deducted from.account and didn't recharged

I recharged the package of 294 and money is deducted from. My account. But after deduction, i didn't get any confirmation message. I got the error session expired. But my money is deducted from account as i have message and bank statement. Please recharge my box to earliest or refund my money back.
This is really bad service. You should get fix this online website problem. You are scaming us.
