[Resolved]  DishTV — multi connection request

Dear Team,

I have 2 HD connection at my home. I requested to make them multi connection on 13 feb.
Technicians verification has been done on same day 13 feb but connections are still not converted into muti connection.
I have done complaint on 15 feb for the same but issue not resolved.
Complaint no.[protected]

VC no. [protected] (for parent connection)
Vc no. [protected] (for child connection)

I have call multiple time to customer care but they guys not able to resolved this.

Kindly look this on priority basis else i would have to close both the connection that will be the only option.
