Hi,
Its not complaint, but due to unavalability of Procedure for change in Package, I have to write like
this.
My name is Abhimanyu Pradhan and my Smart Card Number is ( [protected] ) . And I had
Recharged my accout through paytm with amount worth 376 rupees on 18th Feb 2017.
Now I want (maxi sports ) Package. And Plse remove hd add-on pack as soon as possible. Please give me above mentioned

As per our conversation with you on [protected], HD prime Add On has been deactivated and request you to keep your STB on 999 channel for 15 minutes. Switch off date is 15 Apr 2017.
