[Resolved]  DishTV — new connection installation problem

Address:Village mahadeva Bujurg Post Anand Nagar Near Samsung Service Centre., Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

This is to inform you that i (Ram yadav) paid for new connection rs. 1590 on 15th august 2019, but till now no new connection has been installed. Local area service provider said that they have no set up box. There is no positive response from customer care and service provider of dish tv.
Kindly assist to take necessary action against dish tv. My installation request no.[protected] and my mobile no. [protected]. I have attached payment receipt no.

Myself Shubham pande, Mobile No.[[protected]], V.C.no.[[protected]].Today i.e. 2019/8/12 I got called from Dish TV to active Music Active Pack and games active I told them not interested in this offer but they activated this pack Please deactivate this channel as soon as possible and please correct my next recharge date and switch off date.
