[Resolved]  DishTV — no channels coming after recharge

I have recharged my vc no [protected] yesterday with rs 300 but no channels are coming up even dd national is no there i don’t know why this is happening and my registered no is also lost am not able to register my new no [protected] i request you to call me once and please register this given no and upgrade my pack to family pack pleaseee pleaseee. The channels should come but no movie channels. Please change my pack to family pack rs 250 and pleasee contact me once on [protected]
