[Resolved]  DishTV — no confirmation on new connection

I booked a new connection online through dish tv website but did not receive any confirmation email or message, the amount got deducted. Trying to reach out to customer care but IVR is asking for registered mobile number. Token number is 650083. Please include an option in your website or customer care where new member can contact you. Please reach out to me ASAP.
