[Resolved] DishTV — no response from call center | |||
Sir, i am suffering since 8 days by dish tv call center in way of giving me lie response. My vc no. [protected] the error displaying on screen is 301. I am having 16 recorded voice calls which i'm talking with call center people since[protected]. The docket/service request number has allotted after week days after asking several times (Which has recorded voice call[protected] Please take necessary action. Yours truly T. For the complaint raised by me firstly a reply mail has been sent to me after a couple of days.
After a day of reply mail an advisor of the company called me and asked for the future solving of issue. After discussion a final decision on this issue taken by me.
How ever I can say that this type of help line services has to amended for the convince of consumer and company.
