[Resolved]  DishTV — No response new connection

I was booking an online connection for dishtv on 27th october the amount was deducted from my card. Since then i have been corresponding with the representatives of dishtv they make me repeat all the history day by day and no solution is given i need few answers from dishtv personnel's

1. I have provided the transaction number by which you have claimed the amount on 28th october y are your representatives denying on the second hand they say that you will get the refund inn 4 to 5 days its almost 9 days. What is the status of my money?
2. I had asked for new connection what is the status?
3. What is the compensation going to be provided to me from not responding yet.
