[Resolved]  DishTV — no signal complaint from 23/8/2019

My subscriber id is [protected]. On[protected] complain was booked for no signal. Complain id[protected]. It was told that problem will be resolved by 48 hr. When i called[protected], i was intimated that my complain was closed as i refused to pay which i denied to them and asked to understand who will deny free service in warranty period and no call was received by me from any technician.in response, dishtv customer executive told me that my problem will be solved within 96 hr. Every day i call to customer care executive for technician visit. Yesterday they told me that the associated vendor had closed their business and asked to wait for today. Today when i call to customer care executive, they just put my call on hold for more than 15 minutes and finally dropped the call. This is the way dishtv customer care executive handled my case for last seven day. The dishtv product is under warranty and they are not extending support. Please take care.

The complain Id was closed and new complain ID[protected] issued. This may the effect to closed complain without any work. Till date only calls are received from customer care. Today it is also told to me that your installation agency was closed and wants another 3 -4 days to rectification. This is also not acceptable to me as my system is down from[protected].No e-mail IDs of dish TV are available to send written complain and its status. This is the way Dish TV group handle its user. Please do needful.
