[Resolved]  DishTV — no update about dish alignment as per trai

I raised a request as per trai selection on 02 - feb-19. When i called executive they are telling like dish antenna need to align. Still today 16-apr-19 dish alignment is not happened. Everyday i am calling they are not responsible and not fixing my issue.
I ask them to disconnect/close my connection and pay the amount that also they are not doing.
Since 15 days i am not using the connection and there is no response.

executing is telling like supervisor will connect but he is not connecting and they are telling like arrange a call back.they called back and no response from them waiting time is more than 25 to 30 minutes after that also not getting connected.
there is no request tracker, deadline nothing is there.
no option to escalate issue to higher people.
useless and worst service providing by dish.

Everyday I called customer care today I also they said with in one hour call back will be arranged with superior.got a call as system generated holding call more than 30 mins after that again I need to explain everything still no progress since two months

As this alignment need to do by them free of cost they are not responsible if I said I can pay money for alignment they call immediate and they can be at my home with in 1 hour. Worst service I never seen this kind of worst behavior
