[Resolved]  DishTV — non compliance of service request no.[protected]dt.18.06.2019 & shifting of recharge date for undue delay of service

Sir,
With due regards, i beg to state that already 24hrs is going to pass after forwarding of my message by trai on my complain dt.27.06.2019 regarding non compliance of dish tv's service request no.[protected], dt.18.06.2019. Till now no one from dish tv has contacted me to resolve my issue.
Instruction may please be given to dish tv to shift my recharge date for undue delay of their service & harassment to customers.

Sir,
With due regards, I beg to state that as per my previous complain, your technician visited & exchanged STB with new V.C on 30.06.2019 at about 1 P.M.But it is to regret that next day night the rain started at about 10 P.M & showed 301 error after then I switching off all we slept.Next day i.e on 02.07.2019 when I switch on TV/STB again 301 error came, I contacted Sanjay Moharana the technician who exchanged STB on 30.06.2019, as per his instruction, again I switched on TV/STB first pressed blue botton, then MODE button but to no effect it did not work, then he told to lodge a complain.After then I have called so many calls, they are telling your previous complain has not been closed for which new complain could not be generated.All the staff/executives of customer care are telling different types of talks without resolving my issue .
Therefore, I request you to go through my discussions with your customer care staff/executive in details & take necessary steps to resolve my issue early.

Today i.e on 4th July one service request no.[protected] could be generated, one technician came & confirmed the STB installed on 30.06.2019 is out of order, it needs replacement but presently there is shortage of STB, it may take some more days
Please do take necessary steps early to resolve my issue.

With due regards, yesterday we do have telephonic discussion about my complain at 7:25 pm.You have assured me to solve my issue with top priority.Today at 11am, one technician named Subash told me that he has been ordered to followup my complain waiting for a new STB.No of times I discussed about the progress all the he told me that, I am waiting for STB.Finally at about 6 pm one call from Milan of customer care Bbsr told me You do have complain for swapping STB, in return, I told yesterday one technician has already swapped, I do have complain for exchange of STB, but he told me there is no STB.

With due respect, I beg to update today's progress of dishtv service, today at 11am one technician came to swap STB, though on 4th July another technician already came & did the same & after checking signal told to exchange STB.He came without STB though customer care is very well known to this problem.How ur dishtv is extracting money through monthly recharges & harassing the customer without giving proper service ?Has Dishtv any option to shift switch off date for the customers those who are deprived of watching TV due to your negligence?

Today at 6:40pm one technician came with STB & finally resolved my issue.If possible, please try to shift my switch off date as I debarred from entertainment due to delay in resolving my issue.

With due respect, I beg to state that again today, after rain stopped at 5:30pm, I switch on TV/STB, but 301 error is showing, after scanning no channels are showing.Please book my complain to resolve my problem.

With due respect, I beg to state that again 301 error is showing w.e.f. 09.07.2019.As per Customer care instruction the problem was solved for some moments.Then I had given one service request no.[protected] on dt.10.07.2019 with assurances to resolve my issue very shortly by sending one technician .Though this RMN is fitted with a voice message to resolve my service request within 24hrs. they r telling to wait for 96 hrs.Neither you are giving prompt service nor shifting switch off date.Under the above circumstances, I can only wait for jio's giga fibre though, I am ur old customer with vc no [protected] with SD STB.Last year in October I took new connection in my spouse's name bishnupriya sahoo as I purchased HD tv & applied for exchange but ur technician advised for a new connection.Day by day you are loosing your customers due to such harassment.
