[Resolved] DishTV — Non service and fraud/ cheating | |
I have an account with DishTV that I recharge every 12 months. But now the service is not available for past several weeks and it asks to recharge, despite my account having sufficient balance, cut-off date in August and paid subscription active.. On contacting DishTV customer care they are saying to keep settop box and tv open on their advertisement channel(channel#96) for 15 mins after which all the problems will be solved and other channels I am subscribed to will work. This has happened atleast half-dozen times. But I am yet to receive my paid channels. My younger brother then tried to recharge account for 220 rs which is supposed to be for one month. After this channels worked for another 15 days. Following sir are the details: (Which were provided by DishTV themselves in sms) Details: VC Number:[protected] Balance:Rs.631 Switch Off Date:20-08-21 Last Recharge Amt:Rs.2640 Total Recharge Amt: Rs.220 No. of connection(s): 1 Primary Know Your Pack: http://dishd2h.in/DUvfZISN32v Please help me as DishTV is blatantly cheating me and not providing the services as per their advertising.
