[Resolved]  DishTV — non-updation of channels in dish tv as per trai regulation

After the new TRAI regulation, i tried to update my channels in dishtv through their website. I received the message stating the same will be processed in 15 mins with token no. [protected]. But the channels are not updated yet. Dish tv themselves have selected unnecessary channels into my pack which iam not viewing and are charging for the same. I tried to remove the packs online. While it accepts the request to delete, but after refreshing it is observed that the same channels are still shown. Iam now not receiving some channels which were free and which i used to receive earlier like Flowers channel (malayalam).
I tried to make multiple attempts online and send mails to dishtv. Dishtv always gave the lame reply that your no. is not contactable. Request was made to update the channels online even if they are unable to contact me, but of no use.
Iam paying around Rs. 420 per month, while the actual channels which i need to view as per my request is chargeable around Rs. 220 only.
This looks like a deliberate attempt from dishtv to stick on to additional channels and overcome trai regulations.
Please suggest how i can get a solution for the same.

Instead of giving the lame excuse that you cant contact me, please update the channels as per my online request. Why cant it be done!!!

Dishtv is unable to contact me on phone is no sufficient reason to not update the channels. I have made an online request and the details are already posted here. I have made multiple tries online as well as on set top box. I cant figure out what is stopping dishtv from updating my channels as per online request.
This is open loot and fraud and dishtv is not ashamed to give lame reasons in public forums. I demand an immediate update of my channels as per my online request, else i shall take up the matter with TRAI/consumer court.
