[Resolved] DishTV — non viewership of channel subscribed due to bad weather

I have subscribed to south zumbo pack i have been paying 384 rupees from past two months still i am not able to view basic channel like sony max, star plus even news channel like aaj tak, about majha. I am really in problem because no one is responding from dish tv side with no response from customer care. They are not even responding for calls. Please help me at earliest my registered vc number is [protected]
