[Resolved]  DishTV — not able to view my subscribed channels

Trying to connect to dish tv's customer care service from 29th november 2018 as my dish tv suddenly stopped broadcasting.
Their technicians suggested to install a new set top box. But next day, another technician from their team calls up saying that they can repair the same box. But since then, there is no action taken.

I am unable to view channels since then although i have a subscribed pack! My money is wasted

I purchased Dish TV connection thru online mode and You Executive ( sonal) promised me that i will get 2000 rs Shopping Voucher but its almost 2 months still i waitting to get the same. Please Support As i want my Voucher asap
