[Resolved] DishTV — not able to view the channels | |||
My vc number is [protected] I am not able to view my any of the channels its showing 101 error and 103 error oh hd channel on my tv since 02/08/2018 and had a technician visit and paid Rs 200 but the problem remains the same .Their is no proper response from the customer care also they are just extending the time by hours and by days.Both the department customer care and technical department are saying the same thing its It related issue and we have mailed it to the concern department, Its a week now and still the problem remain the same .Its very disappointing when paying so much.
