[Resolved] DishTV — not providing exact service | |||
This complain is for dish TV service provider or company.we have recharged dish TV package of rupees 276 on 26 January 2019 for February month 2019. First 8 to 10 days there was no issue and sudden from the date 5 February 2019 some channels are not available on dth service like star plus's, Sony's and zee's all channels. But other free channels like &tv, B4U etc are appearing on dth service. Our issue is after recharging with full amount of package of rupees 276 we are not getting the all channels services on dth.Customer care support numbers are seems to busy all the time even they are not replying and calling back to us. where we call for this issue.
