[Resolved] DishTV — not refunding my amount rs.311- against dth connection a/c no.[protected]

This is to bring in your notice that i am not using service of dish t. V. Agaist customer account no.[protected] since july 2018, by mistake i have recharged by upi app. P2m/[protected]/[protected] customeraccountno.[protected] of rs.311/- on dt.17/05/2019. After that i have sent one mail to customercare of dishtv on same date 17/05/2019 but
Customer care is refusing to make refund the same.

Need your intervention in this regard & make arrangement for refund the same by dish tv. Dish tv is harrassing to customer.
