[Resolved] DishTV — Not reinstalling my dish tv | |||
I am a dishtv customer since 2008 with vc no. [protected]. i shifted in dombivali from kandivali in year 2014, that time they sent their technician for installation.in month of september 2016, dishtv camera was not working that time i complained and dishtv sent their executive. that executive (mr. girish) convinced me to buy new connection (new vc. [protected]), he took ₹200 extra and promised that he will come whenever i will shift to new flat. now i shifted on 17th october 2016 in same compound only wing has changed. since then i am continuously calling dishtv to send their executive for reinstallation, but they are not entertaining us for our complaint. they are saying to make fir against cable connection providers. please requesting you to look into the matter nd and solve my problem as more than 15 days i am calling dishtv.
