[Resolved]  DishTV — Online Recharge for Platina pack by SBI Maestro debit card on 17/10/2014 for Rs 410,not credited on customur voucher no [protected].

I had recharged for Super Family Pack of my VC No [protected] at 17/10/2014 on recharge date by online Payment through SBI Maestro debit card for Rs 230/-only, eventhough dishtv had diduced Rs 410/-for Platina Pack by transaction no[protected] and the amount of Rs 411.25 deducted from my SBI Account Transaction No[protected].The said amount deducted from my Account and not credited against VC No [protected] on recharge date.I had already talked with dishtv customer care centre through telephone and advised to wait for twenty four hours to activet dishtv connection.However the dishtv not connected and deactivated.So I had recharged again by unother service centre.Now my next recharege date is 20/11/2014.Please credit the Rs 410/-to continue connection.If not possible Returnback to me online on my AXIS Bank Account No [protected].Requisted for Immediate action please.
