[Resolved] DishTV — online recharge not successful | |
While on-line recharging through debit card against my dish tv vc No.[protected] for titanium pack for 3 months, rs. 2109 have been deducted From my canara bank a/c on[protected]. But recharge is not done and the recharge amount has not been credited to my dish tv a/c. After un-successful recharge of rs.2109.00 on 18-11-17, i had phone-called to dish tv minm. 15 times and also written 12 mails to you, regarding updation of payment or refund amount to my bank a/c. But every time false assurance had given that my payment would be updated. Please note that amount of rs.2109 was debited from my a/c immediately during on-line recharge. If re-charge is un-successful, it is your prime responsibility to refund the amount to my particular bank a/c and the same thing has been confirmed by my bank.in this case, no details regarding bank a/c and transaction is required by you. But during enquiry through customer care no., one of customer care lady representative had asked me a lot of questions. Why have you engaged this type of illiterate people? Please also note that my bank also had lodged complaint against dish tv on 24-11-17 and requested you to refund the above amount to me. But still there is no response. After that, i am recharging with little amount only. Now this is my request to dish tv to refund rs.2109 to my bank account within one day, as already 15 days have been past.
