DishTV — payment rs. 1644 done now - channels not activated yet-update my indian mobile number not done

I am from dubai, uae. I did a recharge of rs 1644 today morning on april 14, 2020, from dish tv website for 6 month validity and amount also deducted (See attachment for details), but our channels are not activated yet. I sent email and chat messages but nobody responding. Kindly check this immediately and do the needful please.

I also requested to update my registered mobile number. The shop where i bought this setup box has registered his number and i have no contact with him now. I need to do recharge for my dishtv. So i need to update my own mobile number. My indian mobile nimber is this [protected]. Please request to change it immediately. Until now no response.

I will be much obliged if you can kindly do the needful from your end asap.

NOTE: Until now no response. The Dish TV WatsApp is active, but replying that they are not responsible for this payment and asking me to pay in Dollars to do new recharge. What kind of cheating useless criminal service they are providing to customers.
