[Resolved] DishTV — payment transfer | |||
This all started when i mistakenly recharged on my vc number which was earlier used by us but due to the vc card problem i got the vc changed. I mistakenly recharged twice and produced all the proofs via mail. The customer care, escalation department, termination team and all are pathetic people. They told me that i have already transferred once in 365 days and now if i have to transfer i need to terminate that vc which is not in use. I told them to terminate it as my main intent is to get the transfer. So after calling them multiple times, they said that termination team called me to confirm details and i told them not to terminate it which never happened. Again, i addressed all these issues to the team and clearly told them to terminate all my vc’s if you cant resolve my issue. They again bluffed me by saying that it will be resolved. It has been more than 10 days and daily i get a call and they ask me, sir you asked to arrange a call back which further irritates me. Dish tv is big time fraud. They are not working professionally and they dont know how to resolve things. I have all the proofs with recordings and looking forward to complaint legally. Second fraud they did sometime back, one person called me and said that we are giving movies active channel for free as you are a valuable customer, i confirmed with him 5 times, he said yes it is for free and activated the channel. Ultimately balance got deducted, when i called them to complain for the same, they said that we will get the recordings checked. Now again they told me that its not their executive’s fault. They are actually fraud, i haven’t experienced this ever in my life with any company. I would like to get rid of them and suggest everyone to never go with dish tv. Anyways, there is zero monitoring of their executives, they disconnect the calls if they see that they cant help out or find a solution.
