[Resolved] DishTV — plan not changed.. | |||||
My name is prem prakash and my vc no is [protected].. I have given a plan change request for new super family on 30th aug and i was told to pay additional difference amount of 216/- by the dish tv executive while changing the plan, after 15 min, i recharged with 220/- still on 1st of sep my plan changed to previous one automatically.. I was running on 3 / 4 offer and i asked whether it will effect my current offer after change, executive said no i just need to pay 216/- extra and it will be fine.. So i called to complain abt the same and i was asked to pay 172/- extra which i denied because i was told 216/- total which i already did n executive was also not able to provide accurate reasoning why i have to pay 172 extra?.. So executive from senior team said he has raised a complaint and will listen the call recording whether agent informed me to pay 216/- or more and asked to wait 24-48 hrs, which never turned up.. I asked him to transferred to team leader, i spoke to monu team leader there, he agreed the amount was quoted right n i have sufficient bal as well, may be the technical issue, so he said he will mark a mail and will be done with in 24hrs.. But again no response, nothing happened... So i again called yesterday and executive said i have recharged after the plan change so may be that's the issue, so he has done changes and was working fine, but today again got switched to old pack... Also they have removed zeeq mahua n few other channels as well which were my favourite n other vendors n providing it.. So in short, i m not getting any correct information, response or solution from dish tv staff... They are lying, and also denying to refund the amount neither providing the solution of my issue.. No body has done followup by taking ownership... Very bad customer service... I had lot of trust on them but they broke my trust... I will never suggest any one to buy this connection now on.. There were near to 15 neighbors have bought this connection on my recommendations and removed cable connection count will stop here.. I will not recommend rather i will recommend them to be safe n buy some other connections cz lot of companies r there if we have to pay.. So kindly provide solution asap i[censored] can cz its already been 5 days i am not able to watch my channels even after paying the amount or refund the amount what ever you owe to me..
