[Resolved]  DishTV — poor picture quality in the new mpeg4 set top box

The dish tv has upgraded the sob from mpeg2 to mpeg 4 with new one free of cost. But the clarity of the picture is very poor compare with mpeg2 and many existing channels of sob is not getting in the new one. When i asked to reverse back they are not responding. I contacted dish tv for reversal from new to old sob the keep on say that it is not possible
