[Resolved]  DishTV — poor quality of instrument fixed leading to sleaze (cheat) consumers

Dear all,

This is in reference to the complaint raised to ceo form no. 83129 dt 09/1/18.

This is to highlight the complaint raised by me, first to the call center and then to the ceo. They declined service for a faulty f connector of a low quality, which breaks in 3-4 mths.

The below message posted on my mail.

Please note that rs.200+gst = rs.236 as technician visit charges and
Hardware charges (Consumable) will be applicable for the service visit.

Please look into the same at the earliest.

Dear All,

The above reply was given to the email id [protected]@dishtv.in and they responded that I will be liable to pay the visit charges and will be shared to the concerned team and I have not received a amicable response, the last mail sent to them was on 18/1/18. This clearly shows the customer service expected for a customer been with them for more then a decade.
