[Resolved] DishTV — poor quality of the services

Dear sir

I am taking dish tv services but i am facing many problems to seen in channels, it is giving very poor quality of the services, dish tv have many poor quality of the services as well as in channel seen and very costly expensive.
I am calling regularly for resolve this type of issues that i could not be seen any channel but they are telling you have to pay for this as technical fees but i was taken this services in july month and query was resolved only for that days.

I am taking your services last 12 years but nowday i have been puzzled with your quality of the services due to not seen of your channels and i decided that i will be portability and shift in other company due to not seen your channels by us and we are not satisfied with your quality of this services,
Kindly help and guide that you have kept 200 rupees in my account and also i have keep your set boxes hd and antiena.

Kindly refund this assets and recharges money and co operate and confirm.
