[Resolved]  DishTV — re-installation charges

Dear sir/madam,
I have bought dish tv connection three months back. Now there are some disturbance in some channels. And to resolve it they are saying antenna will be reinstall and asking for re-instation charges. Why i will bear these charges as this is not my fault as their engineers are not competent enough. What is the guarantee it will not happen again.

As per our telephonic discussion on the number [protected], we informed you that in order to resolve channels related issue technician visit is required for re-installation but you refused to pay the charges for re-installation hence, we informed you to contact on our customer care at[protected] and [protected].

On this portal too, they are saying the same thing what I informed them on their customer care centre. Kindly help to resolve it as just after three- four months old. This is not my fault rather their technician's incompetency. If the problem persists I will have to move consumer court.

As per our telephonic conversation on the number [protected], you were getting Signal issue and Reinstallation is required as New Telephone Tower installed in front of Dish Antenna. Hence, we have told you to Deinstall the Antenna by self to save De-installation charge.

Kindly explain to me why would I pay the Re-installation charges as this is just three month old connection. And if I pay what is the surity that this will not happen again.
Please resolve the issue otherwise I will move to consumer court.
