[Resolved] DishTV — re-installation charges | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have bought dish tv connection three months back. Now there are some disturbance in some channels. And to resolve it they are saying antenna will be reinstall and asking for re-instation charges. Why i will bear these charges as this is not my fault as their engineers are not competent enough. Kindly explain to me why would I pay the Re-installation charges as this is just three month old connection. And if I pay what is the surity that this will not happen again.
Please resolve the issue otherwise I will move to consumer court.
