[Resolved] DishTV — re installation of zing digital in my new home | |||
I had given a complaint regarding reinstallation of Zing digital in customer care on 04 Jul 19. They promised me to rectify my problem within 24 hours after complaining. But nothing happened. When I called again they told me that my complaint had been closed from technician side. Today is the 5th day after my initial complaint, and the response from the company is very poor. Whenever I called they would arrange phone calls with some senior executive and the same promises were being given. They provided me a mobile number of service agent which is not existing.
