[Resolved] DishTV — recharge for 1 year.. service stopped in between | |
I have dish tv connection [protected].. Which was recharged on 17.11.2018 for 1 year till 17.11.2019 incl 1 additional paid channel. I was oit of station for a while and when i switched on tv today on 24.05.2019 except the paid channel sony sab and dish tv offers channel all other free channels im not able to view. When i contacted dish tv they are giving lame excuses that weather may not be clear (Its sunny and clear outside). Then they say antenna position isnt right though one channel is and dish tv offer channel is coming. They said we have to call technician which is paid service.. When i told i will complain against their poor service they said will offer 50% off on paid service. They people are cheating us on long term packs we have already taken. They have took money and now stopped even free to air channels. Was this information helpful? | |
