[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge in a scheme with 8 month month and get 12 month.

I recharge my dish tv in last may2017 with the offer in which recharge 8month and get 12month subscription free (After watching this offer on tv screen). I done but now after 8 month my dishtv got switched off. Before recharging i called to customer care regarding to know the pack so that i can recharge according it.
Now on 8th jan i called to customer care and convey that i recharge my dish before 8month after discus with customer executive. I convey them to listen the recording of mine with executive. They give me complaint no[protected]on 8th jan 2018. It has to be resolve with in 24hrs still not resolved today. I again called on 11jan regarding it the executive reply that we forward request for the conversation but not get reply from company than i asked for the executive now what should i do my dish tv will shut today after extension of 3days grace period. She replied that plz recharge for 100/-
Please you suggest y should i recharge if i already pay for a year..

you write above is "when i made payment and get offer on 6 pe 2. ".pls send recording of it . This is not my issue, when i talked customer care before recharge i change my package on that time i close HD Channel and the automatic generated some addon, than i ask for the amount for 8+4 package . after it i recharge my account Sir/Madam, if you don't believe than Plz check how much time i called before recharge to customer care this is just because k there should not be any mistake which make problem in future, and see same happen now.
i was thinking that time to click the screen of TV to show u now, ..please go through with my conversation with your customer care executive. u will definitely find solution ...
