[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge is not done and payment has been deducted from my account

I had done recharge of rs 1131 from dishtv's online website.
I used wallet recharge method for the payment and i paid the amount using paytm wallet. I didn't get any transaction details from dishtv's website as i was presented with feedback dialog when payment was completed. I never received any recharge successful/failure sms. I contacted my bank and they said that payment was done successfully so no issue at their side. I tried contacting dishtv's customer care many times but their service is worst. I had explain from the start each time i call to their customer care service. I want to ask dishtv, isn't it possible that payment is successful (You received money on your account) but recharge is not done for any technical reason. How can i provide transaction id in this case if i don't have any?
And why there is no much delay in updating the amount, its been 2 days and still no refund else the amount has been updated.

I have to call daily for the issue that my account is not being updated. My vc no. Is [protected], all the information is mentioned above for this.
It's my humble request to update my account immediately because this is the 3 day and my dish TV account gonna de activate on 16/11/2017

Today is the 3 day and still no action has been taken. My account switch off day is 16/11/2017. Totally irresponsible behaviour
