[Resolved]  DishTV — recharge issues.

We have applied for the swaagat pack of the dish tv service which is of rs 209 for 28 days, but within the 10 days of the recharge we are getting recharge alert notifications in the screen which is absurd. It has been going on since 2 months and is a huge disturbance. We are not supposed to pay extra because that's the price for the pack we have applied for. Kindly help with the problem or let me know the process.
