[Resolved]  DishTV — Recharge not credited although account debited

On 20 sep 20 i was recharging for dish tv monthly subscription from sbi online while doing the amount deducted for rs 500 did not got in my dish tv account but my sbi account was debited transaction id :[protected]igajldmkc4. Kindly refund the same

Updated by santanu bhatta Dear Sir/ Madam On 20 Sep 20 I was recharging my Dish TV  for Rs 500/-account with VC NO:[protected] same is registered with Mobile NO: [protected] ( Moutusi Bhattacharyya)The system asked for VC No which I gave correctly but unfortunately the mobile no which I gave was not registered with Dish TV ( [protected]) that  might have caused failure in Credit to my  DISH TV account . However my SBI S/B account was debited For Rs 500/-Transaction details is hereunder for your reference
