DishTV — recharge with rs 350 but service for only 2 days | |
I have purchase rs350 on pos 80400732 at payments paying tnx[protected]. On 17/09/18. Accordingly sms was sent on 18/09/18 from dish tv accepting the recharge amount. Service was continued biut on 19 evening my dish tv account vcno [protected] was de activated. I have contacted coustomer care. They assured me that recharge was done on 18 oct but due to defect on set up box this dificultities were arise. They send a mechanique on 20 oct and found box ok. Then customer care told me that recharge amount is bouncy back. But in reality no money is refund in my account. Coustomer care executive mis lead me two days in a fraudulent manner.
