I am 25 year old man i live in Rajkot my 25 year Life is less stressful then my 10 month experience with dish tv i will start from Beginning i ordered dish HD+ by calling costumer care, person came from dish tv and installed dish HD+ in 24 hours it was all good for 2 month after 2 months biggest nightmare of my life starts my dish HD+ Drops Signal in every 5 Minute Picture Quality Like if you Put Scratched DVD into DVD Player i was ok with it i thought it's just minor Problem and service man will come and Fix this Problem so i called costumer care my experience with dishTv costumer Care is like dumb and dumber, i will explain You why, Difficulty Level beginner - i told them my exact problem but they keep ask me about sir aapka channel Nahi Show Kar Raha?, I Told Them that My Channel is Showing But it's Not Showing Properly then they ask me What Error is Showing On My Screen? This is most dumb conversation i have done with Any Costumer care then they added my complaint i finished Beginner level Now Difficulty level Hard - service person came to my home and he has no idea what exactly the problem is so he said that the wall where dish antenna is placed is weak yes he said that wall is faulty so i told him so why do you placed antenna on weak wall? he didn't reply, now i have only one option move antenna to another wall now he asked me that i have to pay charge for it why because he was the one who placed it on weak wall i have to pay Them 250 rupees i had no option so give him 250 rupees he changed antenna location to another wall, i finished hard level. Difficulty level Expert - after 3 month o[censored]se the same problem started i called costumer care they said that my set top box is in warranty and they will replace it with "new"one i was happy that my problem will finally solved the service man came to my home in just 3 hours and replaced My Dish HD+ With Old Version Dish TruHD+ i realize that there is something wrong so i called costumer care and told them that the person they send to replace my 10 month old set top box is replacing it with older set top box they told me that it's ok i am not going to face any problem in old version set top box And i "Trusted" Them And allowed him to Replace My New Version Set top Box With old Version Set Top Box, he leaves after replacing my set top box now i started watching tv just after 10 minute set top box starts behaving weirdly Remote Control sync problem, When I Changed Channel there was 2 second black screen, after 5 minute it Automatically shuts screen Set top box Green Light is on But Screen Goes Black so i called costumer care again and told them that they promised me that i am not gonna face any problem with old version Dish TruHD+ But its already behaving weird i told them exact problems starting from booting time it takes, Remote Control lag, Channel Changing lag and Auto shutdown issues, then he asked me what is exact problem my set top box Have i told him 4 problems and he is still asking me about exact problem i told that problem is that you replaced my 10 month old in warranty set top box with refurbished damaged set top box, And i want Dish HD+ Guess What They told me that i am only getting Refurbished Dish TruHD+ It's like Replacing My iphone 6 with iphone 5 it's clear unfair to Costumer who gives you hard earned money for Good Service i failed Expert level Difficulty. Because i am a common man i don't know What i can Do to Help Myself in this Situation Buying New Set top box from another brand is not the solution it's Like promoting bad service like this my complaint is closed without solving my problem ( "Set top Box Loot" is the right name for this Situation) My VC Number is [protected]-2 if somebody wants to help me in this?
