[Resolved] DishTV — reg payment | |||||
My recharge date for dishtv is on 30.11.17. I have done online payment on 29.11.17. However, due to some technical issues with the dish tv website, the same was not updated in the system and also i have not received any payment confirmation also. From my bank amount has been dedcuted. After repeated calls, i am not getting a reply from them and also complaint is not being taken by them. On 1.12.17, i have raised a complaint through mail. So the person called me and informed they will look into the problem and try to solve it within 24hrs. However, he is informing that they will deduct additional charges it i have paid the recharge amount by 1.12.17. They are treating the customer very badly. I am the customer of dish tv for a period of 10 years. They are not taking into account my amount which i have paid. Even if there is any refund, there should be some mail communication which is not there. How does a customer can believe the amount will be returned back to account?
