[Resolved]  DishTV — regarding cashback

As i have recharged of ₹ 400 because dishtv have send me sms that if i recharge ₹400 i will get ₹ 200 cashback but till today i haven't got the cashback and dishtv executive are telling me there was no offer for me on 29 october 2019 so i have the snapshot of sms dated 29th october 2019. They told me to send that mail to there mail id later they are saying they have not got any kind of mail from my side.

I recharged my dish TV but unfortunately the recharge gone to the first vc number not the current one so I kindly request you to please recharge my dish on this vc number [protected]
