[Resolved] DishTV — regarding switch off connection
I am having dish tv connection connection vc no. [protected]. Initially they have given me offer rs 2500 for new upgradation of hd set-off box and balance rs 2500. So after seven months contacted to dish dish tv regarding 1 month switch off account as per there fee rs 25. But they said that this facility is not available for your connection. Initially they told me this facility is available and we r following trai rules.
Now they are not listening me properly and not taking my problem seriously. Kindly help me in this matter and do the needful.
